Did you make any changes on your shop recently? The error is related to a module file in the cache. So I would try following steps:

1. Clear cache from backoffice and try again
2. Delete cache files from ftp server and try again
3. Deactivate module posproductsmanufacturerpo and try again
4. Rename module folder of module posproductsmanufacturerpo, repeat 1&2  and try again
