Back end changes not reflected in front end

From here https://borabeads.co.uk/gb/ you will see I have a category called ACCESSORIES, I changed this in the back end to 'CAR CHARMS'

I no longer have anything in the back end called ACCESSORIES

If you click on the Accessories category you will see a product called COPY OF CAR CHARM but this doesn't exist in back end (I copied and renamed).

I'm guessing there is something I need to do with the cache?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If I view this on a different browser the updates show but I'm assuming something has to be done in the back end to refresh front end?

I am having the same problem, with the desktop view showing the updates, but the mobile/ipad view not showing the updates. I hope someone can help please.
