Antakarana
Hi there! In a store with PS 1.7.4.2 and using warehouse 4.1.6 template, we have noticed an issue related with combinations between colours and sizes. In theory, the correct behaviour to add a product to the cart should be this: If the selected combination of colour + size has stock, then the user is able to add the product to the cart If the selected combination of colour + size has no stock, then the user is not able to add the product to the cart However we have detected that in some cases if the product combination of colour+size has stock, then the user is not able to add it to the shopping cart, so the shop is acting like if the combination has no stock. This is a real example: https://www.dissenysport.com/es/inicio/648-7317-tyr-women-s-avictor-venom-closed-back-swimsuit.html#/11-color-negro/191-talla_tyr-20 This swimsuit has several combinations of colour and sizes: From the backoffice we can see that there is stock for a combination of colour "blue/black" and size 25 (the rest of the sizes has no stock) However from the front side, if a customer want to select the combination blue/black and size 25 he is not able to add it to cart because the store will act as if it has no stock. Is anybody experiencing something similar???? 🤨 Thanks Edited March 10, 2019 by Antakarana solved (see edit history)
Antakarana
Hi Just to inform that I talked with the theme developer and he told me that it was a Prestashop issue that has being fixed on the latest updates. So after updating to the latest versions, I can confirm that the issue has being fixed 🙂 Edited March 10, 2019 by Antakarana (see edit history)
