Im getting this message while trying to reset password from front office.
Im on prestahsop 1.6.1.13 and tried various things nothing works. 
This also happens on contact us page. i can successfully send test messages and also customer gets messages such as shipped and all.

Can anybody help? Its kind of urgent as i have a lot of customers.

Try to activate DEBUG mode, maybe there is a problem inside the function that's used to send e-mails.

i solved it by using STMP setings. Thanks a lot
