werepair Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 hi,i am running prestashop 1.3.7i have a problem with the tracking , when i update an order to shipped, i then set the tracking number and the website sends the customer an email, i get the email click on the tracking link , the link takes me to royalmails website but there is no tracking number shown in the email to put into the tracking search on royalmails websitecan anyone help please.regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
