That is the problem, it will not download it. So I download it from addons manually and try to install it, It goes through the process and claims to install the module, but unfortunately it dosen't actually install v.4.6.0 is stays with the old v4.5.1.
So ... I then tried deleting v4.5.1 and installing v.4.6.0 and it breaks all other modules view. All installed modules disappear from view.
So I'm glad you posted that the module worked for you. That means it must be a permission thing perhaps.
Did you try to download 1 click upgrade again today? I read in the comments on PS builder website that the module wasn't updated to v.4.6.0 at the release of PS 1.7.5.1, but the module was updated recently.
Maybe you should try again now if you haven't done so.
