Fred-ADTC
Hi, when i import new products with the CSV, the Specific Price Rule was not updated with the new products (event they match with the rules). How can i update this ? Can i made a cron or something else to update this ? Fred-ADTC
i'm not using any script. I'm using the native option into the backoffice to import product from a CSV. But this is my problem in details : - I have severals specific prices rules based on product attributes. - If i create a new product, manually, from the prestashop form, when i validate it and go on the front office, i see my specific price - BUT, if i create my product from a CSV import, and go to the front office, my product dont have the specific price, even he have the good attributes. I think prestashop will update the specific price rules when you create manually but not when you import the CSV. But, when you enter into the rule and just press "save", all the new product are added to the database. I'm looking to make this update automatically, because i have more than 80 specific rules and i can't re-save them after each new update of my database. Did you have any idea ? F. ps2k11
prestashop has bugs, you can try store manager free trial to see if it fixes problem https://www.prestashopmanager.com/free-download/ https://prestashop-store-manager-doc.emagicone.com/catalog-price-rules
