Smileweb
Hi, I also face this problem right now.. I had spend days googling trying to fix it but in vain. Somewhere said to set files permissions from 0777 to 0755 as this is a major security risk. Done that but still..problem remain. at my case order completes successfully but client sees an server 500 error instead of a "Thank you for your order" or something else..so he thinks that order was not send. But at back office everything are there. You can see it for yourselves at www.birbilo.gr, also no e-mails send to customer..nothing error_log Edited February 22, 2019 by Smileweb from cpanel log I got these.../public_html/vendor/swiftmailer/swiftmailer/lib/classes/Swift/Mime/Headers/MailboxHeader.php (see edit history)

Smileweb
On other place same forum they said that in order to work prestashop, recent versions, must be check and/or enable php-intl extension as it is necessary for prestashop to work properly. As I am at Hostgator myself, they told me that this is not supported. Previous versions of PS works fine with them. Plus, since prestashop becomes a nightmare day by day, version by version, I just say Adieu..
