How to add short text in displaynav1 header

Hi all, I want to add short text (text explaining how much the shipping cost is on my site) in my top display next to the button 'contact us'. I tried hooking the custom text blocks to displaynav1 but that doesn't look right. 

Is there a module I can use or adjust for this? Preferably also with the ability to change in my native language when I set the language in front office from English to my native language 

I prefer a way without hard coding but if hard coding is the only way to go, I'll do that. I can't write a hard code myself, though 🙁

I use the Classic theme and 1.7.5.

Hello,

You can add inside modules/blockcontact/nav.tpl

just search for Contact us and you will find the exact element.
