NSN Posted February 16, 2019 Share Posted February 16, 2019 Not really. You can block his email so he can't register or login, but to get a different email address is a piece of cake. If you know his IP you can block his IP, but to get a different IP is also a piece of cake. So you see, there is not really a possibility to block him for good. You can just try to block his known email addresses and cancel every order he places and hope he will get annoyed soon and don't come back.
