joseantgv
Some cart is linked with an address that doesn't exist. Which PS version are you running?

NemoPS
Login to your database and erase all carts that refer to id_address 7, in the ps_cart table (via phpmyadmin). Template Monster theme, huh Good luck!
Mac Group
Hello, there isnt not a ps_cart table. There are a few different ps_cart options, please see attached photos
NemoPS
Not sure what you mean, the one you posted is the correct table. Just erase all of the entries where the address, either delivery or invoice, is 7. I can see one right there, number
Mac Group
Hello, thanks for the reply. i mean do i just erase the entries in the section, or do i do it for each section, such as ps_cart_cart_rule...ps_ps_cart_product..etc..etc
joseantgv
If you want to do it correctly, you should remove all the records from the cart that you removed from ps_cart. What you can also do is replace id_address 7 with an existing one, and then remove it from the BO.
Mac Group
Hello..i have removed all the address, that had number 7 in ps_cart & ps_cart_product. i refreshed the database and cleared the cache in my back office, when i click on the shopping cart button im still getting this error message, please see attached photo, thank you
NSN
It's now the same problem than before, just with the address#6 instead of seven. You wrote you just started to use prestashop? Are these data original sales, test sales or demo data? If they are not real sales yet I would get rid of all data in that table.
