The e-store can now communicate with Standard ERP by HansaWorld and is prepared to be integrated with others. Customer information, product information, inventory balance, specific price lists, classifications, manufacturers and orders are examples of some of the integrations that are managed. The time when manually registered orders in the business system is over and the sellers can instead focus on their main task, to sell. The majority of Applitron's customers work primarily with B2B and the focus has thus been to develop systems adapted to it as a focus. B2B's focus is, among other things, on customer-specific prices, order and invoice history, order marking and the possibility of re-ordering previous orders. B2C For B2C solutions, or solutions to end consumers, other parts are often prioritized higher. When selling to a final consumer, payment usually needs to be made in direct connection with the order placement, using payment services. In Sweden and the Nordic region, the most popular solution is Klarna, which offers payment arrangements such as card payment, direct payment (via bank), invoice and partial payment (per month), but other payment solutions are also handled - for example PayPal. IntegrationApplitron's e-store is based on the Prestashop e-commerce platform, which is a modern "open source" solution. When any of the ERP systems can interact with Applitron's web API, Prestashop automatically gets full access to all information about products, customers and sales orders without any additional administration being required. Of course, the web API also allows updates to the business system. The time when you manually needed to register sales orders is now over and the sales department can focus on its main task, to sell.
