JBW
Did you made any changes on your shop or server e.g. new modules installed, change of PHP version, Prestashop version upgrade? If not, first thing I would try is to rename/delete the cache directory on the server.
nightsmoke
Hi JBW First, thanks a lot for your help I didn't change PHP, upgrade PS or installed new modules On the other hand, i tried to delete the folder "cache" and nothing happenned
JBW
Which cache folder? They are different for 1.6. and 1.7. - I assume you use 1.7 so correct one is in /var/cache
nightsmoke
I use PrestaShop : 1.7.0.6 But i don't have the folder var\cache, only cache
JBW
Hmm, ok thats a pretty early/old version of 1.7. - maybe this was changed later... In your screenshot I see a reference to /app/cache - maybe this helps - rename it first before deletion to have a backup on hand
