Add fee to order if value lower than

Hello,

I have some problem.

In my shop I've set minimal order price to 10 $ (there is no confirmation button when it is lower), but I want to make additional fee, something like that.

 

Order value - 5 $

Checkbox - Order value is lower than 10$. Are You agree to add packing price (2 $)?

 

If Yes You can buy, if no You must add more products to make value more than 10$.

 

Any1 now module making this? Or is there any functionality in PS?

Why don't you create a carrier only for 0$-10$ range with this 2$ fee?

But shipping is pricing by weight, not by price of order. And also You can't finish order if order price is lower than 10$, this checkbox to agree to add fee is very important here.
