[Solved]Adding Space in description in module "homefeatured"

Hello,

im new to prestashop and have two questions.

1. for example i change something in the file /modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.tpl & php.
and refresh the site, nothing seems to be changed. (do i need to refresh a cache or something, like in magento?)?

2. i attached a picture, that shows the problem.
as you can see, theres no space between the price and (inkl. MwSt. / zzgl. Versand). do you have an idea how to add some space and bring it all more in one "line"?
