Create orders without taxes from backoffice

Hi,

In my store I receive orders by phone and sometimes I need to create orders manually from backoffice. If I am from Spain and the order is from France, the client (a company) must not pay taxes.

How could I create orders without taxes from the backoffice? I need to do it or find another solution. The free vatnumber module only does it well in the frontoffice.

The client does not have to pay taxes in Prestashop, I manage the order and I activate them again, but it's a bad solution.
