Wizard for clothes sizes?

Hi experts,

 

I am looking for a module that calculate the sizes of the clothes... but interactive, similar that the zara calc, where the customer has to select their weight and height and it calculate the sizes of the cloth.

Are there any similar?

There is no way of finding the perfect cloth if you know only my height and weight. Other people have wide hips others have big boobs etc. It's based on many factors.
