(Multistore) Seo for two stores with the same languages

Hello,

i have two stores in two languages. The languages are the same in every shop. German/English. Every shop has his own url (country TLD, de and com). I want to avoid duplicate issues. How to setup the seo ? I set up the seo (keywords) for each shop in the two languages.

1)-Should i also set up the seo in the default group ? Why ?
2)-What about the duplicate issues if the shop A in english has the same keywords and metadescription as the shop B english version ? (and also the same products)

looking forward seeing how you guys address the seo for multistores. The same problem will increase for uk and com stores.
