Remove Query from filter URLs

Hi

All my filters are query in my site and I have problem during work on SEO and it is stopped my work until I solve this problem

Could You help me How I can remove Query in URLs?

as an example it is one of my filter URL that you can see it is query so I can not use this link to make external and internal link to SEO my site:

please help me.
