Paypal overwrites the customer message

Hi to all,

Prestashop 1.6.1.20, updated from a 1.4.4.
Paypal Module (latest version)
+ Attribute Wizard Pro module

When a costumer leaves a message (during step 3 of his order), that message is later replaced with a simple "payment accepted.", in the order confirmation mail and in the database too.

This only happens when the customer pays through Paypal Module, not when he chooses the check payment method.

I'm searching now for a few hours (days... moths...) and i don't know how to find a solution to this problem, where should i start to search ?

How to find the script that is overwriting the customer message ?

Is the customer message first written in database and picked from there to send the confirmation mail ? If yes, i should first search for the script that is writing that field in database...

I'm kind of desperate here...
