How can I modify the reference and UPC code in a massive way?

Hello everybody,

I need some technical help. Let´s see, I have a prestashop 1.6 with more than 400 products. Some of them with combinations (sizes, colors...)All the products have a reference and a UPC code

 

The thing is that I need to change those refences and UPC codes. In fact, what I need is to replace the references by the UPC codes and vice versa. Maybe there is module to that...(any sugestion) but I though the straight forward it´s change those values in the data base. Could anyone tell me which tables should I modify and how I should proceed?
