Product features doesn't work on import csv

Hello, 

My Prestashop version is 1.7.5 and I have some problems importing product features from CSV. I exported the CSV from other shop and imported back to my shop and the problem is even if I select the field from CSV with features(Features (Name:Value:Position: Personalize), the info from the CSV is not imported. From the atributes and features I created a new feature with the name "data_expirarii" same name as from CSV and nothing works no values are imported into that feature field.

The field is missing and if I manually add the data the special field appears

There are no errors while I'm importing the CSV somehow it's not importing that field correctly and I tried everything that I could think of. Please help me! I'm lost!
