PrestaShop 1.7.5 Template with good support

So I bought my first template from an Indian company and the support is dragging. They did help in the beginning but after that I feel they're dragging their feet. Now they're asking me for details of my ftp site to access the back store which I don't feel comfortable giving this information to them.

I will not hesitate giving them 1 start rating and escalate the issue to PrestaShop if they continue with this attitude.

My question to you, Can you recommend someone who truly stands behind their products and provide excellent support? I prefer someone not from India/Pakistan.
