issue table courier shipment it sees only maximum table...

Hello I have PS 1.3.2.3 until yesterday it was ok.
Yesterday I add new courier called Europe courier 1
I maintained precedent courier called Courier Italia
now today i have this issue, for every courier, so first courier and second courier if a customer buys a product that weights for example 1 kg prestashop really attributes the last price on table of that courier so maximum price for that courier.

This happens with both 2 couriers so with only couriers with table prices and no flat cost.

How can i solve?

I solved temporally inserting from 0.5 to 1.9 kg in way of
from 0 to 1
but it is very weird!
