Hi,

When I add a new page and let's say that something is off as I'm copying content from old page, let's say the content is invalid (whatever that means in PS) and you hit save. You get error "Content Invalid" and nothing saved.. What?!?!?

I have never seen this in my life, the logic behind this.. If I click save button and there is something off, either title missing, URL missing, too many tags, "content invalid" or whatever, it should NOT clear everything I just did but should tell me on the same form page.

Let's not focus on missing title or URL... Let's focus that this happens to everyone and if it does, user should not lose all of their work when they hit Save button! They should be notified that something is wrong and let them fix it. Never have I had such headaches.. Such a basic thing and such a fail, yet again..

I try to understand your problem as its not really clear to me. But if I'm right you're trying to paste  content into new page? If you add certain characters that are not supported by prestashop it will not or only partly except the content. Let's say you create a new page and add unicode like this one: 🚕 then the character and everything after it will not be saved. So check you content for unicode and other characters that might be a problem. I'm pretty sure on this, but the logic behind this is that prestashop tries to protect your website so that a users cannot add code into your website/database.

Hope that I understood your problem well and that the solution either helps you or pushes you in the right direction!

A little tip: If you ask a question add the prestashop version that you are using if you post something. This makes your life easier. As a lot of people will not respond if you don't do that.

Have a great day!
