bonsaiko
Hello again, I mentioned a report that was made on my site a few days ago in another thread. I have a last question, it's about canonical URL. The report says that I have some pages that have a wrong canonical URL and I have a list of 108 URL that are supposely wrong. Example of page containing a bad canonical URL: https://www.mysite.com/my_product?p=2 and the canonical URL inside this page is https://www.mysite.com/my_product For me, the canonical URL is ok. Why do you think I have this error ? All the URL that are listed in the report are ?p= type. What should I do to fix this issue ? Thanks for your help. Flex_Store
By default PrestaShop incorporates in the section Preferences, SEO and URLs. The Redirect to canonical URL option that allows 3 possible selections: There is no redirection (there may be duplicate content problems). 302 Moved temporarily (recommended while creating your store). 301 Moved permanently (recommended when you have it in real environment). You can also install a free module like the Faktiva SEO ToolKit v1.4.4, it's free and can be downloaded and installed in less than 2 minutes. We use this in https://www.colchones-flex.net and all is ok.
