Fixed price for fixed quantity

Hi all,

Trying to figure this out, 

i will sell items in fixed quantity 

1 / 3 / 5 / 10 /25

they should have only this options

now i can only see this

and customers are allowed to adjust the quantity, but i rather have a pull down menu like this; 

is this a standard option that im not seeing? thanks in advance for the help!
