Al actualizar el módulo de PayPal en PrestaShop 1.6 da error

Alguien me puede ayudar, gracias por vuestro tiempo!!!

Tengo un prestashop 1.6.1.1, al actualizar el módulo de PayPal hay el siguiente error:

yo desinstalaría y volvería a instalar, para que vuelva a añadir la tablas de la base de datos
