Kristianna
Hello everyone! It is my first post here and I hope to get your help. I am using prestashop 1.7 and I have issues regarding switching language in my shop, from Eng to Geo (Georgian language), When I change the language all my categories buttons move to the right.( please see attached pictures below) Could you tell my how can I solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your responses. Edited January 8, 2019 by Kristianna (see edit history)
razaro
Hi and Welcome to the forum Looks like Georgian (ka) is set as right-to-left language and it should not be, right ? If that is a case check http://nimb.ws/qi87k5 and set RTL to no. Then it should not move elements in theme also.

ttoine
should we open a bug on GitHub about this language and RTL?

Hi ttonie, I don't think it is a bug, to solve this issue I just needed to set RTL button to no. But I found another bug regarding buttons of suppliers, in prestashop 1.7, where should I post about this ?
razaro
Just now, Kristianna said: But I found another bug regarding buttons of suppliers, in prestashop 1.7, where should I post about this ? Please create new topic for any issue you have. For bugs do post here https://www.prestashop.com/forums/forum/23-bug-reports/ or if you confirm bug here is better https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues But @ttoine asked about Georgian language. You have just installed that without any modification ? And also it is in general left-to-right language? If it is then that is a bug and all users that use it will see same issue. So if you confirm it is better to open a bug report
ttoine
By the way, it's always better to open a bug report on GitHub

So if you confirm it is better to open a bug report Well, Georgian language is left-to-right language, when I first installed this language it worked well, I mean Left-To-Right. I don't remember when and why I set RTL button to yes, but I think I did it by accident. That's why I think it is not a bug. And yes, about new bug I will post on the links you sent me. Could you tell me what is happening usually when some bug is found and posted ? are they trying to solve the issue ? Thank you for your answer. razaro
Thank you for explanations. Like Antoine said it is best to post bug on github because it goes directly to team . First check if it is already posted some similar issue. Then someone from team will try to replicate or ask for more information. When solved you will see what files can be changed and fix come in some of next PrestaShop versions.
ttoine
@Kristianna a new bug is sorted using a simple process: check if it's a duplicate or not, then, there is a try to reproduce them, based on information provided, and if needed, more information will be asked. Once the bug is fully qualified, its importance level is identified, from light to critical. And it goes in the backlog, were developers can identify their next task.
