Birthday Present Module

Hi All

Really, really hope someone can help me on this as can't find solution in older posts.

I am trying to get the birthday present module to work. It is activated and I have set up the cron job on my linux server. I created a couple fake customer accounts and make sure there birthday is set up so should receive the voucher.
Every day I get an email fromn the server saying that Cron was "OK" but no sign of any voucher sent and no voucher auto created in the admin.
I have no idea why or what I need to do to get this to work. Maybe chmod settings on the birthday module incorrect? or could it be my Cron rule? which starts like thuis php -q /home/.........etc
Could that be wrong?

Any ideas or suggestions would be great guys.

i am having the same issue as well.

 

I set up a cron job using the crontab module and have my server activate crontab every minute.

It seems to work and also works when i manually call "/birthdaypresent/cron.php" in my browser, i get a message "ok" or "Birthday already wished"

 

But i did not get an email and no voucher was created.

 

please help us if you can.

I am also facing the same problem.

 

"Birthday already wished"

 

But no voucher issued to a test user.
