Missing description field on Category

Hi,

We've had the Description text box field disappear on the Category creation form after changing the languages configuration. After a lot of Google time it looks like this isn't being treated as a bug but as a "configuration issue". If anyone has this issue it seems to be missing js files in the Tiny MCE configuration.

Instructions:

1. For English-GB I think you need to add a gb.js file to the following directory:  <hosting path>/PrestaShop/ParadoxArrows/js/tiny_mce
2. You can download the EN-GB one from here: https://www.tiny.cloud/get-tiny/language-packages/
3. You then need to rename it to gb.js and upload it to the correct directory - I used 644 as the permissions.

I think this would be classed as an issue with the installation packaging or perhaps even a bug since the Tiny-MCE editor isn't correctly integrated to Presta.
