Email doesn't work

Hello,

I have an issue to send mail. I tried many solutions after reading forum but nothing works.

prestashop 1.7.5 installed by IONOS (hosting solution proposed to install prestashop instance).

I have the following error message :

Smtp issue :https://prnt.sc/m152hj

same issue with mail() function :https://prnt.sc/m153tw

Alert mail configuration :https://prnt.sc/m15357

 I have contacted the support of IONOS and all mail configurations are OK. For them, there is an issue within prestashop.

Do you have any idea to solve this issue?
