change email "New order..."

Which file is to be modified, in order to change the email subject "[myshop] New order : #76 - QWNGGZTHT" ?

I have unsuccessfully already checked /mails/en/order_conf.html

and AdminOrdersController.php

I guess your are talking about the mail that you (the merchant) gets when a new order was placed by a customer.
If so, check the translation and mails of the module "mailalerts"
/themes/themename/modules/mailalerts

To solve it :

I have succesfully installed the module MailAlerts v3.7.0 release (https://github.com/PrestaShop/mailalerts/releases)

on ps 1.7.4.3 after having

1/ unziped mailalerts-3.7.0.zip

2/ renamed the folder "mailalerts-3.7.0"  to "mailalerts".

3/ ziped this folder "mailalerts" into "mailalerts.zip"

4/ upload this mailalerts.zip into myprestashop/admin/index.php/module/manage
