problem in prestashop 1.7.4.4

Hi i am using prestashop 1.7.4.4 on Godaddy shared hosting, i am having trouble of slow + downtimes on my website, normally there is no downtime on server, but its the prestashop which is having some trouble with smarty caching, i am using this now in PRODUCTION MODE, and losing a lot of sales and client, can anyone suggest please. also i am looking to change hosting from Godaddy to 1&1 what do you all suggest, please suggest someone who has been using since long time and my categories are around 5000+ and now products are at 818 products till now. which is only not 1% of total products.

 

Please need ideas, suggestions and experiences.

5000 categories and in the future 80k+  products on a shared hosting??? are you kidding? What you need in that case is a strong dedicated vps and even then i think it will be hard to manage that. For these kind of shops you need to hire a skilled professional to advice and configure your shop.

Anyway maybe the programmers/developers on this forum can help you on your way, but i think it needs more then forum help.

I will have to review my Categories ? or products? means i will have to just limit the number of category per subject item, and also number per category in ALL .

secondly i am thinking to compress images or Use a CDN or a Hosting sErvice with CDN or something, as i know, droplets or AWS , AZURE, or GOOGLE Cloud services are quite expensive.

what i got idea is to again review structure and make it quite simple and lesser the number of quantity involved as moore the CATEGORIES AND PRODUCTS more the Power and Space and Expenditure required.

Its a new business and i am really LOOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS FROM MORE OF SUPER USERS Who have been in to PRESTASHOP since year

Or from the Main Developers / Infrastructure / Main team to just give an idea

Maybe i need a Computation Sheet in which i can Analyze or atleast Forecast my Data Size, Bandwidth, Server Capability, Image Sizes standard, and other Resources involved.

i have changed my hosting to Brilliare Technologies, 

Its not a well known Hosting and not too much populated, but supports PHP-built in caching, easy ngnix one-click setup, bolt caching machine, i am using it on my website for used auto spare parts sharjah HTTPS://WWW.NKSPARTS.COM, you can see its good, i was having trouble with load and problems, but i managed to fix it by, cron jobs to empty CACHE/compile and CACHE/

and deleting /img/tmp/ files.

shifted to other server and it works fine.

JUST HAVING SOME PROBLEM WITH some of products not showing PRODUCTS FEATURES, And also also showing a REFRESH BUTTON IN PRODUCT, i am using now shop in catalog mode only, (no carts, no prices, no order, customer groups etc) just images.
