Cancel module - REFUND for Amazon Module by Common-Services

Hello,

I bought a module for Amazon Marketplace 5 days ago. We've been trying our entire team for 5 days, and we've been asking for help from Common-Services, and they do not have installation support in this case. We send only unnecessary texts and resolutions that we have tried before them.
I paid over 10 Developers specialists in Prestashop, and nothing.
We want to receive a refund for this module, which cost a lot (£ 215.99).

We urgently ask Prestashop to help us with this refund, and if this is not solved, we are willing to take all legal steps to recover money and damages.
