Problem connecting with PayPal - "ACK -> Failure"

Hi all you friendly Prestashop people,

I have just installed the prestashop system om my curl/openssl auth server. I get the following message when I try to checkout with sandbox mode or live mode trough PayPal standard.

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid
L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error
PayPal returned error


What does this mean, how do I fit it?

Would very much appreciate your assistance in this matter, if you have the knowledge of this problem
