How can I restore my default module

Hello
I am a new user with pretstashop and I am playing in order to get used to configure it.

I am working with default therme.

From the admin panel , I went to
Module-> Front Office functionality ( I translated it from French...)

And then I went down to "Permanent Link Block" and to "Lamguage Block". For both I click on "reinitialized".
Now, from the Front End web pahe the two module and not display as before (inline). They are both below (as if there is a paragraph).

I would like to know how can I modified it in order to have it displayed as it was (at the time when Prestashop was installed)

Second Question
In the CMS block, is there possible to have an external link with the CMS web page link?
