dooly.se
Hello!Yesterday I was uploading products in the /BO/categories and after a while the whole site started to lag, I contacted my web-host and he made me understand that I had uploaded more Data into the public_html file than it had room for. Therefore I upgraded my storage and now the site is working again, except for the fact that i had to delete almost every product i uploaded the night before. However my problem is that as a result of this I can´t upload images to the products anymore even though creating new products work perfectly fine! :SAs you can see in the attachment "before" i upload an image, press save (or save and stay, doesn´t matter) and then nothing comes up, as you can see in the attached file "after"After this has occurred I go back to /catalog/product/image and then i find the upload has occured but there is no picture. As you can see in my third attachment, the only picture showing is some sort of "no image available" picture. (This image is also the one that occures in my front office when I enable the product...Does anyone have any idea?
dooly.se
BTW, I think that the problem is in the PHPmyadmin, in which I have pretty much no or little experience in...And i can´t export languages etc.
ScubaLessonsInc
I have spent the last week pulling my hair out trying to fix this and now have a solution and a few tips for you...1. Only import 500 products at a time.. I know this sucks I had 12,000 and am only half way through. 2. Take out any symbol in these columns: Name, Meta-title, Meta-keywords, Meta-Description, URL Rewritten, Tags.. only thing you should have there is text, numbers or - (minus sign) ONLY.. anything else will cause errors TRUST ME ON THIS>> affects friendly URLs down to category issues. 3. Do # 2 to your entire category list.. no underscores.. for Friendly URL's use - instead.. trust me.. 4. When doing Width, Length, Height use the feature then a bottom box will pop up you can type that feature name in and hit ok.. that will map the field properly. 5. Tags column also replace all your spaces with commas The reason for the overloading is Prestashop takes the image and compiles it into the different sizes for list view, detailed view product detail view and enlarged view.. and for shopping cart.. that takes serious CPU.. worked for 3 days with host to figure this out. If you do the above you should be all right!.
