Problema (sem erro) - A finalizar encomenda não passa para o passo Meios de Envio

Please, somebody help me
I can not finalize any sales, because clicking on continue, it updates the page and stays the same thing, not the error or anything.
Just do not let me through.
I checked the forums about non-native modules and downloaded some and I do not know which one is not native.
All payment modules were working normally.
Please help me
