Where are language packs e.g. en.gzip

I can not find simple "en.gzip" language pack. I have been exploring ALL the internet for hours and finally I have found no en.gzip (and any othe language pack).

I have imported language packs a hundred times without any problem so far.  What is going on now?

Documentation says " The official translation packs can be downloaded manually from this address: http://www.prestashop.com/en/translations. "

But there are no language pack e.g. "en.gzip" like it was long time ago. You are redirected to: https://crowdin.com/project/prestashop-official

There you can find tree like structure for different versions :

• 1.7.5
• 1.7.4
• 1.7.3
• 1.7.2
• 1.6 (but there is no versioning for PS 1.6. This is the only folder for PS 1.6)

You can download them cramped into one "ZIP" file but there is still no language pack  "en.gzip".

Apart from the above mentioned. Where are different language packs for different versions of Prestashop 1.6?

e.g.:

• 1.6.1.17
• 1.6.1.18
• ......
• 1.6.1.20
• ...
• 1.6.1.23
