Prestashop 1.4.11.0 Product Customization File uploaded by customer but not showing in Admin Backend

Hi,

We use Prestashop 1.4.11.0 with a product that has "customization" enabled to allow customers to input details for a bespoke product and upload a image file to show us what they want. We recently upgraded to 1.4.11.0 from 1.4.1.x and now we don't see the link to the file they uploaded on the Order details page in the backend.

Any ideas?

Hi..

can you have old backup before upgrade you ps  ? see there i thing your old development is ps core file once you have update ps the all development is remove

Solution found.

The link to the file was being added to the AdminOrders page, but the thumbnail wasn't working, so we simply updated the code to have text saying "Get File" and link directly to the file in the upload folder. Then the browser takes care of accessing it successfully.
