Is DEDICATED IP ADDRESS Compulsory for Prestashop??

I was going to purchase a hosting from bluehost.com for my website which is built on Prestashop. I came across something called DEDICATED IP ADDRESS...What does it exactly mean? My hosting provider is giving me this option to select with a slight uprise in the fees. Please let me know what is DEDICATED IP ADDRESS in hosting?

Answer: NO.

Prestashop works fine even with Dynamic Shared IP, usually meant for residential broadbands.

PS: Just remember to:
A) Do the relevant code modifications if you're using PS1.3 or
set Check IP on the cookie to No in Preferences if you're using PS1.4

to avoid auto-logout from admin panel.
