how to do cart discount

I want to apply discount to cart like this:

If the cart total is >= 200 and has 3 different products, apply %10 discount. how can I do this?

Depends on your shop version.

For prestashop 1.6.x: Price rules->cart rules.

For prestashop 1.7.x: Catalog -> discounts
