A "website" itself never has a h1-tag. A web-page can contain text and a part of this text can be marked as a headline (h1). In Prestashop, for example on the product-pages the product-name is marked as a headline, on the index-page is nothing marked with the h1-tag by default, best practice is to place a text there (custom content block) and give the headline a h1-tag. regards Whiley

Whiley
No, not necessarily. Is your problem that you don't have a h1-tag on yourt start-page or do you have a wrong one? Can you post the url of your shop regards Whiley
Prestaweb.org
If you answer about home page, its enough to edit text in themeconfigurator, and put H1 tag there
