Apply voucher discounts to items already on sale (PS1.7)

I created a discount code, with EXCLUDE ON SALE PRODUCTS setting enabled, but the price reduction it's added also to already on sale products.

To do this the customer need only to have at least one product, with no price reduciton, then Prestashop doesn't care if there a dozen of products with price reduction, it will apply the discount also on them.

For example:

CART:

PRODUCT A: 100€

PRODUCT B: 100€ with 20€ price reduction (final price 80€)

If the customer use a -10% discount, it will reduce total price by 18€ instead on only 8€.

There's a way to fix this?

I'm afraid you have to modify the cart or cartRule files.

That's pity, in this way that feature it's completelly useless because customer can obtain the discount simply adding a product not on sale, and normally on e-commerce website it's easy to find a cheap product that can be bought just to be able to use the discount.
