Prestashop 1.4 modules and payment tabs blank after installation

Hi there,

I've just installed the latest version 1.4.0.14 on my server to test it out. The install goes fine with no errors, if followed the instruction in the wiki regarding permissions for folders but after several attempts to install, when I attempt to open either Modules tab or Payment tab - With Exporer I get blank pages and Firefox -
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log"

My host is iPage and I have Prestashop v1.3.7 running fine.

MySQL Version:
5.0.91
Perl Version:
5.8.8
PHP Version:
5.2.12

Is this a known issue that I can fix ?...any help would be appreciated.
