jhuntra
Hi,The module bankwire does not show up correctly after clicking it as the preffered payment. All it does is just show my logo and the background after clicking it. There is no page div. I am using Prestashop 1.4 RC5.Thanks.
ctc
Hi jhuntra,I am having the same problem! I have both Bank wire and Paypal modules installed, but when the customer goes to pay, only the Paypal option shows up... Any help out there would be greatly appreciated
jojje_f
Hi,Make sure you go to the Payment tab - Currency restrictions and mark the checkbox which currency is accepted for bank wire. Also check further down for eventual groups and country restrictions. Hope this solved it! /Jojje
ctc
Hi,Make sure you go to the Payment tab - Currency restrictions and mark the checkbox which currency is accepted for bank wire. Thanks Jojje. Unfortunately the options available to me under the Payment tab don't include anything to do with bank wire... I only have options to set the default currency and its format, and to set up taxes and vouchers. I can't find anything under the Localization preferences or under the configuration for the Bank wire module either...
jojje_f
Hi ctc,Do you look closely enough? Payment tab. A list "Payment modules list". "Payment module restrictions". Table Currencies restrictions. There should be like "your currency, customer currency, shop default currency" to the left and checkboxes to the right. One checkbox for each payment method. The golden one with 3 piles of coins as headline represents bankwire (not too easy to understand), a "P" represents PayPal if you have that module. Any better? /Jojje
ctc
That worked! Thanks very much Jojje Sorry I can be a bit daft - I was looking in the wrong spot!

jojje_f
Hi jhuntra,I don't know if this is this solution but make sure you have files for your selected language in mails - (your language code). There are supposed to be files with the forms for order, contact etc. One .html and one .txt for each if you use both. Like bankwire.html, bankwire.txt etc. /Jojje
jojje_f
Hi Jhuntra,Nice looking webshop you have! However, I noticed a fault. Home page. Select £. Choose first article "$30 iTunes Gift Card". It won't show up in the cart!/Jojje
