In concrete: I sell a Christmas box (empty box) on the website, that the customer can add to the basket, then he must put his products in the basket that will be in the box. Which PrestaShop version do you have? 1) PS1.7 Shop parameters->Orders you can select "Offer gift wrapping". 2) You can have product attributes: No packing, Christmas box 3) You can try this module https://addons.prestashop.com/en/cross-selling-product-bundles/24555-products-bundle-advanced.html No solution is perfect, but maybe you can use something.
