SimonTheBeekeeper Posted December 7, 2018 Share Posted December 7, 2018 We have certain products we are not allowed to ship internationally so they do not have international shipping as an option: when you try and purchase that product on it's own to, no shipping options are available: However, when you now add a product that is allowed to be shipped internationally, the order will go through: This resulted in the order being splitting into 2 separate orders on the back end of prestashop, with the wrong amounts so it looked like the customer underpaid. Any idea what I am supposed to be as I have a lot of products I do not ship internationally due to postage or licensing restrictions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
