Hi, anyone used the Responsive Banners module by BonPresta?

Hi, looking for help with the above module, I'm not trained on computers and I'm finding it difficult to get this module to work. It kept coming up with "bad title format" and when I finally managed to get rid of that warning when trying to get onto the site the site was showing a complete blank screen.

I've put a ticket in for the developer but I don't know how long it will take for a reply, so hoping one of you good people can help a noobie out.
